It Just Keeps Coming

There appears to be a never ending supply of new lofts and high rises coming to Phoenix; a new project announced almost every day. I wonder if anyone else is watching the growing inventory of $800,000+ "lofts" and "high rise" condos on the market. Are the wealthy leaving Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale for a smaller, more environmentally friendly life style? I'd love to believe it but..........
